I am a fast learner, organized and dedicated individual. I have good interpersonal skills; I am an excellent team worker, keen and very willing to learn and develop new skills. I am reliable and dependable and often seek new responsibilities to improve myself. I have an active and dynamic approach to work and getting things done. I am determined and decisive.
I’m genuinely passionate about my work and always eager to connect with other people. While I enjoy all aspects of my job, I think my favourite stage of a project is understanding the central philosophies behind a problem and find new and better ways to solve it.
LinkedInLuis demonstrated superior knowledge of engineering development tool-sets and libraries in C/C++ and MATLAB/Simulink in his application of these solutions. In doing so, Luis was well noted for his particular attention to detail and the use of best practices to ensure the robustness of his work. In addition to his strong technical abilities, I could always count on Luis to work independently with little guidance and to exhibit sound engineering judgement. I could also count on him to impart his comprehensive knowledge to our team through candid discussions and guidance on how we could further improve our product and architecture.

When I recruited Luis as a software system engineer at S&T, I felt confident that I hired a heavy-hitter for the team and that certainly proved to be correct. Luis brings a deep knowledge and understanding of both big data science and software engineering, can design and implement complex systems (of systems) and can do so effectively when working in or leading international teams. In a very short time, Luis became an expert in S&T satellite data processing solutions to the level of system architect. He proved to have a sharp mind, be a great systems thinker and be self-starting.
